CLE Application Requirements

Brochure, course outline, or course description
Table of contents of handouts and number of pages in handout
Presenter’s credentials: a resume, CV or other biographical information
Application must be filed no less than 60 days before seminar date
Copy of actual handout needed a week before CLE – we make the copies
