 CLE Application Requirements

 

  1. Brochure, course outline, or course description
  2. Table of contents of handouts and number of pages in handout
  3. Presenter’s credentials: a resume, CV or other biographical information
  4. Application must be filed no less than 60 days before seminar date
  5. Copy of actual handout needed a week before CLE – we make the copies
